These archival quality photographic prints were produced to accompany the exhibition Lure shown at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw in 2013 which included Pastoral Monuments. From seemingly simple subjects Sear makes artworks of great power that explore ideas of seeing and perception. She spent a year documenting the plants growing in a field by her studio in Raglan, Monmouthshire and in Pastoral Monuments, humble wild flowers were elevated to epic status in large-scale photographs pasted directly onto the gallery walls. The four small prints were produced specially for Glyn-y-Weddw as limited editions of 15 and are available framed or unframed.
